The hotel met needs, it was a very good stay in the winter time. The room with balcony. The staff members were all very amiable and amazingly attentive. Location: the venue was adjacent to Stellenbosch, South Africa and the garden and the centre of town.

Greatly enjoyed Stellenbosch, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and absolutely great within walking distance of all the tourist sites as well as the botanical gardens.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful guesthouse called Villa Grande. From the moment we checked in, everything was exceptional. The stunning room, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff made our weekend truly memorable. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable room, elegant bathroom, and the thoughtful details like the coffee maker and emergency lamps. The location of the guesthouse was perfect, within walking distance to the town center and university. Villa Grande exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be returning.

It was truly a very very good stay with another night, the hotel met the demands. The staff was exceptionally attentive and a freshly prepared and enjoyable breakfast was provided.

I absolutely adored the charming and cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were lovely, with a fireplace adding a warm touch to the ambiance. The general areas were well-maintained, and I found it very easy to navigate around the hotel as a senior person.

It would have been even better if the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful property with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. We were delighted to find a thoughtful touch of sherry and chocolate in our room every night. The breakfast options were delicious, and there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. The guest house is conveniently located within a few minutes' walk of downtown restaurants and shops. Rooms are well-appointed and spotlessly clean with beautiful decor and large, modern bathrooms. Guests are treated to hospitable touches like port and chocolates at turn-down service. Breakfast is served with attentiveness and a smile. Bar parking is available behind a security gate.

Some guests felt that the price was high given the lack of coffee/tea facilities in the rooms or bar fridges – amenities that are typically included at this price point.

We were blown away by this place! The location was perfect, with a beautiful walkway alongside the river just a short distance away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, from a comfortable bed to an electric kettle. We especially loved the delicious and healthy breakfast, with its soft background music setting the perfect ambiance. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We went to this hotel for Christmas and it had a great location near many restaurants and shops. Our room was beautiful and allowed access to a garden. We enjoyed having breakfast in an open area and they allowed us to add an extra person for breakfast.

We had a major issue with their check-in process. Despite informing them that we would arrive between 2-3 pm, they had an 8pm check-in deadline.

Over Easter weekend, I stayed in a guesthouse in a small, beautiful town near several famous vineyards. One of the best aspects of my stay was the view from my room's balcony. I was able to enjoy my morning coffee while looking out at the breathtaking scenery. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk to the town's main street lined with shops and restaurants. A complimentary breakfast was also a great way to start the day.

My overall experience was not entirely positive. The room was quite small and cramped, with outdated decor and an uncomfortable bed.
